SOP-MB-11:

* Sample For Chemical Test

⇨ Take required number of 500mL clean glass containers for sampling according to respective sampling plan.

⇨ Open sampling points such as tap fixtures/Pneumatic Valve and allow water to flush with medium to full force for 30 seconds.

⇨ In case of merging sampling date with holiday, sampling will be done opening day after holiday.

⇨ Sampling must be complete in a month. If any week exceed in another month, then sample must be done within that week.

⇨ Prepare yearly sampling schedule.

* Frequency of Sampling

Potable Water: Monthly

⇨ Purified water: Each point twice in a month.

⇨ WFI and Pure steam: Each point twice in a month.

⇨ Loop (PW & WFI) Start and Return point: Daily

*Trend Analysis

⇨ Conduct trend analysis at quarterly covering 04 times in a year.

⇨ Prepare summary report of trend analysis on quarterly and yaerly covering deviation, OOT, OOS history.

⇨ Trend analysis shall contain the following information:
